Online Connected Franchise Issue
 

So I'm having an issue with the online cloud Connected Franchise mode. I had a franchise going with the Lions and the other day I went to go resume playing it and it vanished. No trace of it anywhere, can't get it back. And when I go to start a new one, my only option is to start an offline franchise.

I've searched around the internet trying to find any information about possible server issues but I don't see anything specific to the online franchise with Madden 17.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? And is there some kind of fix for it?

Ok, so I found the answer to my issue, I made some Xbox Live privacy setting changes on my Xbox One and for some reason those changes caused the entire cloud online franchise mode to disappear.

To resolve the issue, I put the settings to "child" and then back to "adult". Did a system restart and everything came back. Never thought privacy settings would mess up a game like that.

Go ahead and delete this post if you guys want. Just thought I'd share the answer to this issue.
