CFM opposing teams depth chart problem

Im trying to start my offline cfm and wondering why teams like dallas wont have dak prescott as the starter when i have him set on the depth chart as the starter. Ive tried lowering romo's attributes and still romo is the starter. Does anyone know how i can have the right depth chart set for all teams when i start my cfm? And why isnt the lastest roster used when i start my cfm? My team is missing players even though they are on the roster.

Believe there is a mini-bug regarding Romo.

    Are you playing CFM?

When I started my CFM, I took control of a bunch of teams, dropped certain players INJ rating down, got them hurt in pre-season and then IR'd then. Did this with RGIII and Romo.

Is it pretty inconvient controlling all teams?

Cpu controlled teams will automatically update their depth charts every week putting the player with the highest overall as the starter. If you want Dak to start just lower Romo's overall until he's below Dak.

i don't control all 32. during the offseason, i pick half a dozen teams to "help" to make sure they keep the players they should. then, i draft the first round for every team.
