How ESPN NFL2K5 .max file to .PSV file

Hello, can anyone PLEASE help me. I love ESPN NFL 2K5 and have found the current rosters and franchise for this season. I would love someone to help me convert them from a .max file to a .psv file.

It is 2016 now almost 2017. A lot of people say this can be done but it just takes a lot of work and having the necessary equipment and software, which unfortunately I do not have... I am willing to compensate you for your work!

not making psv files or ps2 files is the dumbest most frustrating thing i have ever seen from a modding community
