WOW... Thank for the "mistake" 2k... I'm near Kiki.... It was a nice week in the AH.... I'm gona make so much MT..... After Kiki.... Selling all...... Most Current Players didnt pay more than 800.... The first golds exactly 500.... Most jerseys less than 1000..... It was good.....

2K gave away a bunch of free cards last week to guys who were home during work/school hours. 10 pack theme boxes for the historic rockets and celtics collections were 6,750 vc for like 3 hours.

2k makes sure to make these mistakes when no-life grind crowd and broke college students are home. They found a way to make money off a crowd that doesn't have any and stir up some action on the AH for packs no one cared about. This guy for ex, is now trying to get Kiki. He has become a collector when before the "mistake" he had 150 cards and wasn't trying to collect at all.

2k has some evil marketing geniuses working behind closed doors.

You know, the economy in Brazil hasn't been very strong recently. And same with Europe where the Euro is at it's lowest mark against the dollar in a while. 2k must have calculated the global economic economy to make this "error" at just the right moment to take advantage of the soft Brazilian and European markets. And if that wasn't enough by not announcing it and just keeping it up for a short period of time to rely on the power of viral marketing their true money making genius shines here.

And the nerve of 2k because this "error" is now helping people do things in the game they wanted to do... and at a more reasonable price than they could have otherwise! The calculated business strategy behind 2k's decisions here can barely even be understood by us mere gamers with controllers in hand. No wonder Take 2's stock is up 15% since this game came out.

I think it's safe to say 2k has found the formula for MyTeam starting with low overalls and making us collect historics then moments then jordans in the future and mycareer with role player archetypes.

Oh, and can't forget about the non-existant customer support
