Penalty Sliders
 

Can anyone tell me or give me an explanation on the penalty sliders, the only ones I can see to find are from back in 2013 and 2015 surely they are not the same now...Some people tell me that the penalty sliders do not have an impact of frequency but rather on animations and game play. can someone please clear this up for me. Thank you...
