All training room activities are on a cycle of 5. I do the same pattern each time of:
Barrel jump, weights, squats, vert, agility - you do this in every practice and you'll get +1 in Stamina or Hustle. (these can be failed immediately)
On the first practice of a new career, I always just do 4 on my first session, so every subsequent first exercise in a new practice will give me the plus one, which will be a time saver later on.
Gatorade is separate and provides a plus one each time for reaction time.
Offensive consistency is on a cycle of 4 team practices which goes:
No option present/ Work on dribble moves with no +1/ No option present/ work on dribble moves with a +1
Intangibles/hands etc are on a cycle of 3 practices.
The way to really co-ordinate your time and efficiency to max these out is to plan around your team practices.
Always make sure you will receive a +1 as you go into a team practice. Sometimes in a new career you will have one on the first day, which I just use for a plus 1 free throw as it's an inefficient team practice to use.
So on your first coordinated team practice, cancel out of the offered activity for a +1, fail the barrel jump for another +1, and do your free throws for a +1 exit out of the gym, and as the bar is reducing close the application and load up your career again and repeat this until you have maxed out your free throws, then continue as normal until you get the 4th team practice.
You can now cancel offered activity for a +1, fail the barrel jump for another +1 and get your +1 for offensive consistency. use the close app method and keep doing it till offensive consistency is maxed out (59 practices).
At this point, you will have stamina and hustle maxed out, free throws maxed, reaction time (do in your non-team practice training sessions maxed), off consistency maxed, and your intangibles etc all in the 80's/90's so a lot more manageable than before.
The real ball ache is maxing the offensive consistency, but once it;s done, it's done!
There is no shortcut to maxing these, and all require an OTT grind that I hope 2k reevaluates for future games, but this is the quickest and most efficient way to go about it.
