Re: Confirmed Legends???
Thanks for listing all of them. I'm hoping we get a couple more modern names added. Players like Frank Thomas and Randy Johnson would be really cool.Comment

Re: Confirmed Legends???
Not to sound like a complete jerk, but when it comes to "legends", it's hard for me to think of Jason Giambi...lolComment

Re: Confirmed Legends???
You dont have to a HoF'er to be a Legend IMO
Giambi from '99 to 2002 were some really fine years.
And no less an authority than Baseball Reference has him as the 24th best firstbaseman. Ever.
Giambi has to be considered at least equals to Orlando Cepeda, Tony Lazzeri, Larry Doby, Ralph Kiner, Nellie Fox, Bernie Williams, Jim Rice, Dale Murphy, Mark Grace, Omar Vizquel.
I could go on, but you probably get my point lolOSFM23 - Building Better Baseball - OSFM23

Re: Confirmed Legends???
I'm in the same boat. I haven't used the "old timer" legends in a long, long time. If they were to add more guys who played in the 90s when I was a teenager and becoming a diehard MLB fan, then I might be apt to have a legends team that I play a season with. Griffey is a great start.Anyone who claims to be a fan of two teams in the same pro sport is actually a fan of none.Comment
