Madden 16 1980 Season Roster XOne
 

Hello OS,

I am actively working on a 1980 season roster for the One. Those who are familiar with my Madden 15 rosters know I edit over existing players.

Things I am including with this roster set:
Accurate height; within 1" mostly
Accurate weight: within 15lbs including OLs
Accurate equipment: helmets, lack of gloves, neck rolls, pad height, pad width
Accurate colleges

I have completed the following teams:
AFC: CLE, SD, OAK, OILERS, NYJ, CIN, PIT, BUF, NE, MIA, COLTS
NFC: CHI, DAL, PHI, RAMS, GB, NO, DET, SF, TB, WAS, MIN, SEA, NYG, ATL

I am running out of editable caucasian players. CAPs to follow once that happens.

Kardiac Kids, Doomsday II defense, New York Sack Exchange, Detroit's Silver Rush, Buffalo's Bermuda Triangle, Harold Carmichael, Mean Joe, Blount, Sims, Sipe, Too Tall Jones, Dorsett, Alzado, Montana, and many more!!!

I used MUT ratings for some of the hall of famers in the roster including Steve Largent, Mike Haynes, John Hannah

Update: Only have the Broncos and Chiefs left to complete. I will lower the ratings of Jags, Panthers, Ravens, and Texans to keep them out of playoff contention in franchise mode.

I was unable to find pictures of a few players from 1980. If anyone sees a discrepancy in skin color on a particular player, please message my GT and provide me a website with an accurate pic of the player. GT: Black Kakari.

Additionally, I am adding some FAs to the pool that retired/out of football between 1977-1979. Won't be too many, but I have included Carl Eller, Joe Namath, and Terry Metcalf so far.

Final update:

1980 roster is fully ready!:nchuck: I have included 41 free agents/retirees from 1977-1979 in the pool. These players include the following:

Mel Renfro,, Jethro Pugh, Tom Dempsey, Carl Eller, Jim Marshall, Staubach, Namath, Terry Metcalf, Jim Otis, Mike Curtis, James Harris, and Paul Krause.

Any FA player 70+ overall is real from time period.

Good to hear from you Storm!! You gotta trade in that PS4 and get back on the Box!!

I may go do 81-89 also on M16. I am also throwing around idea of doing 1966-1979 on M17; that will be a year long process though.

lol man sad to say i dont think that will happen lol unless mlb the show comes to the xbox lol those are all awesome ideas for years for sure man! i wish you good luck with it!
