I skipped 16, but it did this in 15 also. Off and on, but heard it most of the time. Never found out what it was.

I've found they are at their loudest when the home team hits a homer or records a double play in a key situation.

On topic....ran my Pro with this game all night and didn't feel like it was getting overly loud.

Glad I'm not the only one with this issue.
Yesterday night I played with earphones and I heard my PS4 through this while a game in my franchise.
After I close The Show the console is immediately quiet.

Man, it sounds like this game is putting some serious stress on my ps4's cooling fans.

I suggest a simple fan cleaning. My PS4 was starting to get pretty loud lately (especially with TheShow17) so I hit the fan with compressed air and it does seem to help keep it quiet.

I bought my PS4 Pro in December 2016. Have played it for less than 100 hours, maybe even less than 80.

First time I played MLBTS17 was the first time I ever noticed the fans.

Same here. I have a new ps4, i tried to clean it but it was flawless. Still loud as hell

in previous years mine was loud (not too loud but noticably louder) when the Show would first start up, but after a minute quiet as could be. this year it takes a good 5 minutes for them to quiet down.

Have y'all checked your vents lately? My PS4 was kinda
loud in general for a while, sure enough my vents were all clogged to hell. Got the vacuum out, whisper quiet again.
