Madden 17 XOne 1966 season roster!!
 

Hello again OS,

I am in the beginning stages of working on a 1966 season roster for Xbox One. GB is already complete; working on KC. There were only 26 teams in '66 so hopefully this roster won't take too long to complete.

FYI to all, teams in 1966 only had 45 players so there will be low rating modern players in some backup roles.

Also, as this was in the "Dead Ball Era" of the NFL, I am making QBs, WRs, and TEs lower overall because the NFL was run/defensive dominant until approx. 1977. Very good receivers from the time will be low 80s probably.

KC, GB, SD, CLE, DAL, NYG, WAS, NYJ, CHI complete.

Ran out of CAPs already!! M17 really dropped the ball on this one. I will complete as many teams as I can. I have gone through the entire file and pulled every small caucasion player I could find: RB, WR, CB, S. Not sure if there will be enough.

I'm not familiar with your past rosters but what do you do with the current players and the teams that didn't exist at the time? Do you leave the current players that you haven't edited untouched with the same name and ratings or do you change them also?

I drop the ratings of non-existent teams and players I do not edit over so they have no impact on the season. I leave the names, but over the course of trading players around to get accurate wgt/hgt, the non-existent teams are not stock anymore.

Apologies to everyone. There are not enough smaller Caucasion players in the roster file to complete 1966. :y5::y5: :brick wall:brickwall I am finishing up the Colts and then I will upload.
I will continue to work on the 1980s rosters for M16 however.
