    Online Franchise Help

    Hey guys,

So I have started an online franchise with a buddy. He controls one team I control 1 team and the rest are computer at. 30 team league.

When I set it up I set it up as divisional and 29 games. But it's showing many more games on both our schedules? And I've played two games he has played one but none of the other games have been simulated? How do I do this?

I also set the in game time for completing a series to 7 days. Did this mess something up?

I am really sorry if this is a dumb, but I'm usually good at figuring these o line seasons for sports games but this one is my first show one and man its confusing. Seeing how it already took 3 days to upload, activate then wait for the game to put the rosters together after the draft I'd just like to play an easy franchise game by game lol.

Is there any online guides that gives me step by step help? Anyone here help?

I've Google all I can think of and can't find anything.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this stuff for me.

    Re: Online Franchise Help

Not sure on the divisional and 29 game setup, as we have done round robin and 29 games and it seemed to be correct there, but to sim games you need to go to the game list. That should be found on the last tab on the online franchise screen. Click into that and then you need to click on the computer games and click sim. This will put games into the simqueue. Last year it would take about 3 minutes to sim a day. With the server issues this year it has been anywhere from instantaneously to 6 hours (no joke) to sim one days game.

As for setting up a 7 day time limit per series, you didn't really mess up. You just have seven days to play a series before it moves on to the next one. What my buddy and I did was set it to open schedule and manual advance. We play a game at the same time and then we advance it to the next day when done with our games. Helps keep pitching matchups the same. Then when we are not on at the same time, someone will play one game to be up one so the other can play his game whenever, sim that day, then play the next game and stop.
