What game speeds and thresholds work best together?

What games speeds and thresholds work beat together? I'm really annoyed that I still can't find sliders and speeds that give me a realistic challenge without being too unrealistic.

I've been using normal speed 0 threshold and it's been going just fine

Here is a list of where these settings work best together:

Minimum Player Speed Threshold: 0; Game Speed: Slow/Very Slow

Minimum Player Speed Threshold: 25; Game Speed: Slow

Minimum Player Speed Threshold: 50; Game Speed: Normal

Minimum Player Speed Threshold: 75; Game Speed: Normal

Minimum Player Speed Threshold: 100; Game Speed: Fast/Very Fast

I recommend you play with Min. Player speed Threshold at 0 with Slow Game Speed, or Min. Player Speed Threshold at 25 with Slow Game Speed, as they both give me great statistics and gameplay.
