Better title for this thread would be useful.

The article says what we all know but good for her for putting it out there. Other games have raced by CFM.

Not sure if you can edit, but maybe per USGamer, do not expect CFM to change much from 17.

I am ok with the title but that might help a bit

Whenever it's an article or a YT vid I'd always make the title of the article or video the title of the thread and then add the source in parenthesis or brackets afterwards. So in this case:

Madden 18 is Once Again Kicking Improvements to CFM Down the Road (US Gamer)

It's a good article though. Wish the topic was a bigger story and got more attention around the community but it is what it is.

Want to call out this specifically: speaking to the general case, this is just baseless and false.

MUT hasn't seen nearly the cycle-to-cycle attention the past two years that Franchise has. The two most important recent features for MUT - chemistries and Salary Cap - were introduced respectively at M17 launch (which saw a slew of new features for Franchise, too many to list) and in April 2016 as a late-breaking title update for M16 (which also introduced a bunch of new features for Franchise such as the Hub, dynamic drive goals, goal chaining, and a bunch of other things which made the mode actually work reasonably).

The additions and changes for Franchise haven't been specifically targeted at the OS crowd, but that doesn't mean they didn't happen.

To the article's credit, however, I do agree with the author's opinion wholeheartedly about Owner mode. Owner mode as it currently exists is a relic of Gen-2 game design and I'd personally just cut it entirely.
