Predictions for Andre Drummond's 3pt Rating
 

If you couldn't tell, Andre Drummond has been working on his 3pt game and looks pretty agile.

He showed off his range in the drew league and agility in the Team World vs Team Africa game.

So what do you guys think his 3pt rating will be (if it'll even change)

I personally think it should be at least a D- until he does well from range during the season

Doing everything during an NBA game is what matters. A lot of players can make these shots in pickup games and practice. They're much more skilled than they show, including end of the bench guys. Doing these things against a professional defense is another universe of ball.

I'd still have him close to the bare minimum, maybe a 35 3pt attribute because he's still, for his career, 5-for-19.

If he starts knocking them down at a 30-35% rate, then bump him up to a 60-70 rating.

You see how the defender jumps on his pump fake from the free throw line ? He knows damn well you can't let him shoot it from there.

I say this as a Pistons fan... it should be as low as possible. Weird things happen in exhibitions and Andre Drummond has done nothing to warrant an increase to that rating. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut sometimes. Drummond's touch has been so awful historically that I'm pretty sure I'd need him to hit three triples a night at a 50 percent clip through the first half of the season before I even considered bumping up his shooting ratings.
