Roster / Modding Question

Maybe I should put this in a different forum, but here goes.

I want to be able to play an offline dynasty, preferrably with the most accurate conference realignment (although I don't care that much about the extra Sunbelt or CUSA teams)

If I use the mod to set up the playoff is that a one time modding event, or do I have to constantly mod throughout the season

I am not overly savy when it comes to the modding aspect.

Best case scenario would be if someone could put in the right coaches, 2017 roster, and alignment and somehow start a dynasty and then let me take over it.

Is that even possible?

I think you have to go into the editor every season to set up the playoff. But there are tutorials for 4 and 8 team playoffs on here.

Downloading rosters aren't difficult and the update for this coming season is underway. They also update the coaches, though I'm not sure if they update playbooks. However, just like there's a thread about the roster update there's a thread about assigning playbooks.

Alignment is super easy, too, and there's a tutorial thread on here as well.

Thanks... I have done the rosters and alignment... just trying to be lazy

I'll look into the modding. I just didn't know if you have to transfer to the laptop multiple times throughout the year.
