Non-Fitz. cover into a poster?

Anyone done this yet? I was thinking about getting a poster done of a USC Gamecocks NCAA cover to hang up. Would all I need to do is save the cover on a CD and take it to kinkos?

You'd want to make sure the resolution would be high enough to be blown up to that size.
