How is regression?

Anyone simmed a few seasons? Done any testing? I am wondering if offline franchises have any issues. Do guys regress stupidly? Do fast guys immediately go from 95 speed to 85 speed after turning 35? Any research will be appreciated.

Well guys can't fall below 90 speed at HB,CB,WR anymore based on age regression (injury can still do it though). The floor was instituted this year to try and reduce some of the drastic effects of regression on those positions. Overall regression was fixed as to not hit so drastically as quickly and should be a softer regression over the backside of a players career.

The regression fix is part of the first patch update for offline. It was only on the cloud during the early access period.

That stuff is not in offline. The new regression system is for cloud saves only. No timetable for offline. There was a tweet about it from one of the devs.

I can confirm that the speed still decreases for mostly all players at 30. Also speed drops below 90 for positions that were highlighted in the blog, CB, RB, WR. So the regression patch has not been implemented in the offline as of right now.
