Unfortunately there is no fix for the high sack totals. Just like in Madden 16, I doubt they’ll patch it in either.

I found a fix for sacks! But it's annoying as hell... U gotta change your QB and the opponents QB traits.... Put the sense pressure on paranoid and the forces passes on balance and they actually do not hold on to the ball as long... But at the same time they're not making dumb throwing decisions (unless your QB sucks)... Try it out!
