Has diving with the qb been removed?
 

So I drafted a qb in the mold of Cam, had a 15 yard read option run and tried to dive for the pylon before the defender crunched me, but instead I got a slide. I spent the next 45 minutes in practice more trying to dive with the qb and all I can do is slide. I tried every button combo I could think of, pressing holding double tapping and nothing but a slide.

Has it been removed this year for some reason or am I just dumb?

I was wondering the same thing. Played a game last night, scrambling to the goal line and tried to dive in, and ended up sliding.

If the dive is still there, not too sure how to do it anymore.

According to the manual it says square for ps4...other combo dives like low or over the line is square and L2.

Just tried in practice mode and hit square and kizer dove into endzone

Let go of the sprint button & he'll slide when you press X.

Thanks for the tips guys but none of them worked maybe my controllers busted or something
