What Team Are You Choosing for MyCAREER?

Since 2K got rid of the draft and now lets you choose your team for MyCAREER, what team will you be choosing? I'm interested to hear your reasoning behind choosing a specific team. Maybe it's your favorite team, realistic path to playing time, play style, etc. Here's what I'm thinking:

The main 2 teams I'm considering right now are the Spurs and the Timberwolves. My player is gonna be a half-court PG that specializes in getting teammates good shots, knocking down threes and playing high IQ basketball. I want to be an all-star level complementary player. Someone who isn't the primary scoring option, but is still a game changer.

The Spurs seem like a cool choice because my player's playstyle would fit well in San Antonio. Also, with Tony Parker getting older and regressing, my player could be the next great Spurs PG and form an elite duo with Kawai.

The Wolves are also really interesting because of how stacked the roster would be. Add my MyPLAYER to a starting 5 that includes KAT, Jimmy Buckets and Wiggins and that team is competing for a championship immediately. Minny just signed Jeff Teague long term, but he could be traded or be a great backup.

Some other teams I've considered are the Bucks, Magic, and Nuggets.

I like playing high I.Q. basketball also. Been thinking about going the PG route with Pelicans and beating teams up with AD & Boogie or becoming a superstar SF with the Bulls.

Yea I'm choosing the Timberwolves. I skipped 2K17 but on 2K16 we dominated. Had me at PG, Lavine at SG, Wiggins at SF, and KAT at either PF/C depending on the season. One season I had Deandre Jordan, who got traded for Bosh the next season. No one could stop us. Gonna be weird with Butler there. Gonna see if I can get him traded lol.

I always go bigman so i am thinking either Boston, Washington, san Antonio Brooklyn, or lakers since they need a good big

I'm thinking of going with the Pelicans.

I'm planning on making a shot creator/playmaker SG and the pick and roll will be unstoppable with 2 of the best bigs in the game. Plus, I'm a Kentucky fan, so playing with a couple UK guys is fun as well.

The Bulls are my favorite team so they're also in consideration just because I want to see them succeed lol

To the Jazz to play with Rudy the other frenchman and face the competition of the west. Great coach, good defense and good atmosphere there

When I did the Prelude and it asked about teams, I actually thought it was asking for our favorite team again so I chose LAL. But when the game comes out I plan on going to the Nuggets.

I'm going to be a 6'4 195 shot creating playmaker PG. I feel like the only piece that they're missing is a breakout guard that can consistently score inside and out. Plus, they have an amazing offensive playbook, and one of my goals for 2K18 is to become familiar with and run plays a lot more.

I choosed the Clippers cause I play a PG this year and the Clippers need a new star PG.

I'm really excited to play with Blake, DeAndre and Gallo in the lineup.

Gonna be making two players this year one of which will be a Point Guard. I havent yet decided on what team to put him on yet. Tempting to do the Rockets as they are my favorite team but with CP3/Harden/Gordon there really isnt a spot for me.

So that brings up my second guy this year. Will be a scoring Small Forward which i will put on the Rockets to make a Big 3 with CP3 and Harden to compete with GSW.

Really looking forward to MyCareer this year after not playing it much last year so hopefully it is solid and not tooooo grindy.

Knicks. Get Melo that ring real quick. Honestly I hope 2K18 will have better CPU opponents so that they actually try to stop me instead of double teaming and leaving a teammate open.
