Don't see it as an option, is it for only people who ordered it via steam?

I went to UK not available, USA not available, don't see any option to download it.

Maybe I have to wait for my LINK to arrive from cdkeys?? (not the actual code) but the LINK to download?

I restarted steam and few times updated and nada

I live in El Nido Philippines and get on average 1 mbps using a cell phone company for internet since I'm on a island in the middle of the Pacific ocean. I own a resort here so I'm stuck with bad internet and I usually don't download games unless i'm a bigger city but this is the game I can never wait for.

I also ordered from CDKeys and yesterday they told me I'll get my key one day before the release, so I guess in 4 hours...

Will post ever get it. I'm on 1 gig fiber so I'm okay.
