32nd Team in Franchise Mode
 
When we create the 32nd team in franchise mode, is it automatically put in the central division of the western conference? Will I have the ability to realign the divisions?

I want to add a team to Quebec or Seattle but won't do that if they are placed in the central division and cannot edit the divisions. If I cannot edit, I would place a team in Milwaukee.

Pretty sure it's always put in the central and you cannot move it.

I was able to add Quebec however we were put in Central to even out 16 in eats and 16 in west..

So are you forced to use last year rosters on these expansion modes?

Yes, makes sense really.

Game starts at the end of June so rosters are from this point.
