Tried all three races available and I was very impressed with graphics on the dubai circuit and the weather/time of day effects are very impressive on the Nurburgring. Handling wise it still is one of the better racers with a pad providing a tactile feel, having said that it has that certain forza feel that you will either love or hate, the understeer to oversteer exaggeration, the loss off grip that feels too sudden like an effect. If you value content and polish, usability with a pad i think this will likely be the better option then project cars, if you have a wheel and are more into your racing, setups and competition then forza might not have the staying power.

I really liked the pad inputs for racing. However, everything else about FM I've seem to outgrow. I don't like how cars handle and I don't like the overall feel while moving through the game. Too many Forza-isms, I guess.

I'll have open arms for PC2.

I'm a big Forza fan. I absolutely love 1 through 4, never played 5 . I bought the Forza 6 Xbox one console and was quite disappointed with 6. I felt the A.I. was bad and the handling felt like most of the cars were on ice, very little grip.

So before I buy another Xbox one (mine was stolen last month) I'd like to ask how 7 handles compared to 6? Do the cars have more grip or is it the same as 6? Thanks

I found it pretty similar to 6, it has that oversteer snap that you always have to manage as you say a bit like you are on ice. I think its trying to make you feel the excitement of being on the limit of the cars traction but at speeds that make it feel a little artificial. I found the GT3 car especially throttle sensitive for a race car.

The A.I i found a bit a bit clumsy even on the non-aggressive setting, they seem to just bundle through corners with little thought to positioning.

I tried the demo last night, did 2 of the races. Just seems handling and AI just not that great. PC2 will be getting my racing money.

A friend of mine sent me a couple videos of the Demo. Looks pretty good to me, I'm a sucker for racing games. I may have to buy a new Xbox, Probably will wait for the X to come out.

I bought the ultimate edition...downloading now.

It's not like they cost 500 dollars...I will end up getting PC2 as well at some point.

Got my mitts on the full Forza 7 Thursday night.

The full game drives much better than the demo. It feels great. Predictable handling with a controller, with properly different weight transfer and physics for each car. It's ... the Forza you know and probably love or have loved at one time.

No bugs. No flaws. Seamless. Optimized. Compatible. Beautiful. Quality.

It's so cool to have the Maple Valley track back in the game, too!

I have an 8-year-old Panasonic plasma TV, but damned if Forza 7 isn't the prettiest video game I've seen. You cats with 4K HDR sets will sauce your knickers once you play this on the XB1X.

Can't wait to dig much deeper into this game. I'm seeing hundreds of hours of my life gleefully pass as I play.

Improved. Not perfect, probably not quite as good as Project Cars 1. But solid.

It's nice to fire up a racing game that's complete, with no bugs, patches, crippling flaws, etc. Forza is just a FAR more polished and finished product that Project Cars, even after multiple patches of PC1.
