    Breakaways, Dekeing, Controls Rant

This is probably a silly question, but how in the heck do some of these people pull off the forehand/backhand dekes so successfully so quickly? I have been gaming all my life, but apparently games I've played never relied so heavily on the calculated movements of the right stick. Like i cannot forehand backhand without shooting. I cannot perform a toe drag without shooting. I cannot do much with my right stick without accidentally getting a shot off. I am completely useless to my teammates on eashl in breakaway situations.

Is there anyway to disassociate shooting with the right analog stick? Any other tips/suggestions are welcome.

I'm not sure what to say about the shooting when making those dekes. Some can do it and some can't pretty much. If you don't go straight across with the right stick, it'll shoot. Only thing I can say is go into practice and just do it different ways until you can find one that works.

I play with a guy who has that same problem and I tell him the same things. Just have to work on it and keep trying little changes to make it so your thumb goes right to left and left to right straight and you'll hit those breakaway most of the time.

    Good luck

You can tell your teammate I deeply sympathize with his issues and let him know he is not the only one haha.. if i had a Call of Duty crosshairs on my screen left to right would be no issue. I guess I'm going to stick to LD or RD.
