how do i set the compenstationm to like a 1st rd pick or 3rd rd pick for the ps2 version thanks

Compensation is based on where the player was drafted and the amount of his tender.. There are 3 different tender offers that increase in amount.

For example if the player was a 3rd round pick:

First level - compensation is a 3rd round pick

Second level - compensation is a first round pick

Third level - compensation is a first and third round pick

how do you sign somebody to become so that they will become a Restricted Free Agent?

a restricted free agent in madden is someone whos played 3 years and is a free agent......so if u make it so after there 3rd year there a free agent they will be restricted
