Is NHL 18 going to be Xbox One X enhanced?
 

I don't see an update for it yet. Is it going to be "enhanced" ?

It's listed on the official site as getting it, but it seems to be a bit behind the other EA titles. Maybe because its not on the Frostbite engine list most of EA's titles its not as easy for them to do it. At least that was my thought.

I played Madden 18 on my One X last night, it looks great even over my One S. The menus and lettering is so sharp, so are the player models. The One S upscaling was ok but having played them both on the same 4K TV I'm happy I spent the $500 on the One X even though I had a One S 2TB. Most games I play on my high end PC but all the sports titles I love still don't come on PC anymore or are bad ports so I like still having the Xbox I can play from the couch on the big 65" OLED TV sometimes, it made it worth the buy for me.

My kid can have my One S since he still has the Day One 2013 Xbox and uses it a lot.

Will there be any benefits if you're strictly at 1080p?

Man, I hope this patch is up to snuff because I sold my PS4 version for Xbox and it looks terrible in comparison right now.

I asked EA SPORTS NHL18 on Twitter 5 times when will be the Patch out...BUT.....
no answer!......too bad
