I would switch your best defender on the point guard that has decent size and switch the 1-5 pick and roll.

Sag off the shooter. You have to change up who helps. And bounce in and out of the paint. Make the guard think. One play help. Another play help from some where else. Mess up their rhythm.

Have every defender sag off whoever is not a (pure/primary or secondary)Sharp or (primary)Shot Creator . Live with the shooting results of said player(s) who are sagged.

Have a lockdown defender or good speed individual(you should know who if your team has enough games) on your squad guard the main ball-handler in the offense. Make sure that person knows to use right stick to counter the blow-by animations

Crash the defensive boards hard(send 3-4 people for the rebound) and don't try to leak out too often.

Communicate, communicate, communicate. Makes sure the main screener's defender and the main ball handler's defender have mic's to talk through the screens. Switch properly and play to the archetypes.

What do you mean by 1-5 pick and roll? 1-5?

Crash even if we are guarding shooters who are in the 5 out?

Depends on the team makeup as I believe if everyone is at the 3 rebounds should be easier to get(for my teams any way). I do understand that if you go and miss the rebound there will be 3pt snipers ready and waiting in the corners and above the break
