Been working on this for a while now and just finished a full 30team test file.

Roster summary : Ive been playing 2k since 2k2 on Ps2 & I've always felt its too easy to score on offense for both user/cpu, I've always like Hyperballer/DC roster updates since 2k11 so i thought id make my own.

all shooting attributes have been put on a key 89 MAX scale & all movement has been put on a 89 MAX scale.

defensive attributes like OBDIQ for Kawhi are at 98, while his open 3pt is 74, mid is 80, speed is 77, accel is 72]

I've run sim franchises & Russ usually leads in scoring with 30ppg

Have not tried this but man it looks like me and you follow the exact some philosophy! I also made a strict 90 max of any offensive attributes and got very similar player OVRs (intangibles at 25)

I took Vannwolfhawk's roster, blended the legends with the current players and am now in the process of adjusting the entire league to your ratings. I have done ten teams so far....and the on court experience is very satisfying...just wanted to let you know/thank you.
