Do formation subs carry over from game to game in NCAA 14?

I am working on setting up a CPU vs CPU dynasty and want to make sure I understand the substitution pattern correctly. If I make a substitution to a formation in game will it carry over to the games the rest of the season? I am mainly trying to get best Running Back distribution with sharing carries.

To add on to what was already said, I believe the formation subs also carry over from season to season as long as the player that was subbed in is still on the team (i.e. hasn't graduated/declared/transferred). I'm also fairly sure that when a player is "formation subbed" into a certain formation, that subs holds even if that player is at the top of the depth chart. This can be an issue as you are only allowed 50(? I think) total formation subs.
Basically, what I do and what I suggest if you are using a lot of formation subs is to clear and reset your formation subs at the beginning of each season.

Thanks for the information. I will definitely use it in my Dynasty.

Definitely clear them at the end of every season. There’s a glitch that happens sometimes where if you have a player graduate and leave your team, and he is formation subbed into different packages you’ll lose the ability to sub that amount. For example, you start with 50 formation sub spots. Your backup running back is subbed into 4 formations, he graduates, and then next season you only have 46 formation sub spots
