What about head gear during sparring

What are you guys thinking about sparring?
I wrote months ago about helemts and others protecting tools. I really count on this in full version of the game.

This is small thing but add huge immersion to the game. Now sparring looks exactly the same like a fight.

Trainings are only simulations also... It should be some minigames and option to skip it.

Probably not any chance to add minigames in some patches but maybe some helemts although.

Ps. DJ also ask about helmets during yesterday stream :P

Hell yeah! Im pretty sure you could wear head guards and boxing gloves in undisputed 3 in career mode when training, it looked pretty cool.

Head gear doesn't help at all with getting rocked, it's just for cuts and bruises.

It would be cool. But I think developing it is harder than it seems, becayse of clipping issues with the hairstyles.

Yeah I would love to see that and like shin guards but I have an itching feeling they aren't gonna put that in. As cool as it would be I'd like to see them fix the fighter models and heavyweight size and haircuts more so they look better. Like some if the models are still from UFC 1 and they don't vibe with the rest of the game or what they look like in real life. So personally if I had to choose which to fix I'd take the latter because at this point I don't think they're gonna put that in as much as we may want it so I think a better use of time would be to try to find what fighters need fixing and when we get the game what issues we see so the developers hear our concern and go out and fix that and change out the haircuts and add body types and fix the models and such. While some look awesome some are just sad. I think that we should really focus on what we can change cause again bottom line is they probably aren't gonna put people in to add headgear and such in sparring cause it's not the most glaring issue. So as much as I feel you and find it a great idea I think we won't get it and out time is better spent figuring out other issues and what we can do to solve them.

Are you sure? Try hit in ears area with and without head guard. But yes, generally you have right.

It would be cool. But I think developing it is harder than it seems, becayse of clipping issues with the hairstyles.

So maybe "turn off" hairstyles during wear head guard.

This was actually a question posed by DJ himself during the stream. Would've been very nice indeed, for instance to increase longevity (like someone suggests). I noticed that they've lost five times the amount of longevity sparring than the quick actual fight that followed.
