Seriously, this is the most annoying thing in the world when I am paired against little Timmy running his mouse in a wheel internet connection, or some other dude with his bandwith all hijacked to the heavens.

Ideally, a bar system that I can set. I really don't want to play wifi users (yeah, yeah, we all know the back and forth debates with this) either. Is there a reason that this has not been implemented? I mean we are on the 3rd instalment and just makes the game THAT much more enjoyable for the online experience.

I think this is the biggest issue the devs need to tackle. I'm in Cali... **** playing someone from Russia.
