Stadium rebuild question
 

At any point does the stadium get payed off? It seems as though unless you are selling out the new stadium the loss of the 2 million shared income to the lease payment actually results in a very significant loss in profits. Through the course of a season, and the offseason you end up with well over 60 million from shared alone.

So effectively at the 75% minimum sales cap and all prices maxed on tickets Everbank tallys more than 122 million from Preseason to Preseason. Whereas, rebuilding to say..traditional deluxe nets only 84 million. And hell, now that Im thinking about it, even if i sold out all 8 regular and somehow both preseason home games Everbank STILL beats the Traditional deluxe without having to sell out a single game.

Surely this means at some point I'd stop having to pay the lease. Otherwise rebuilding, even relocating are completely pointless in every madden game except to actually lose money .

After further research I have definitively determined that building a new stadium in any situation (rebuild/relocate) causes you to LOSE money. You will not top the losses unless the city pays for a VERY significant portion. Its generally better to keep your old stadium, and ignore repairing/upgrading it. Set all prices to max and take the 75% attendence.

After further research I have definitively determined that building a new stadium in any situation (rebuild/relocate) causes you to LOSE money. You will not top the losses unless the city pays for a VERY significant portion. Its generally better to keep your old stadium, and ignore repairing/upgrading it. Set all prices to max and take the 75% attendence.

Owner mode needs some major help. This is one area that I would desperately want to be better, because I love it and want to micro manage as much as I possibly can.
