Can you turn off the salary cap in franchise mode?
 

I know this is a huge cheat and it takes away from the strategy, but occasionally I like to play a franchise as the George Steinbrenner of the NFL and pay my players whatever they want, and then some.
I was screwing around with the franchise mode and I could not find the control to do this in this year's version...any help?

So shall I assume that since nobody has responded, it is not an option in this year's game (like being able trade anyone without the other team's approval)

As far as I have seen there is no option this year to disable the cap. I'm guessing you can still make unopposed trades from the roster page off the main screen, though I haven't tried it so I can't confirm it.
