What is his used for? I can't seem to find it in any career arc and instead of spending more time trying to find it, I figured I'd ask on here.

He's used for one of the currently unreleased career arcs. It will be one of the arcs towards either Wagner or Gossage, but who knows when they'll be released.
There are a few that don't have an arc abvve them yet (Nava, Walker, Hannigan, Duda, Carter iirc) -

Yeah I’m assuming it’s for unreleased arcs. Like Carter and Duda will probably be for Thomas. I hope. Or I’ll be pissed I wasted my time completing them if they’re not haha
