I'm not sure if they'd be photoshopping pics at this stage or not, but the red on the KC helmets is darker and looks better. It's often a bit pinker than it seems like it should be and washed out. Hopefully it looks like this in-game!

From the look of jalen ramsey jersey it looks like nameplates are bigger, nice new gloves too.

Madden 19 may have the best looking CFM menu imo. We shall see how it looks with auto-generated player and coach models though.

So far I am impressed with most of what I have seen but have a growing concern they changed the lighting so that everything is too dark- last year the game was much brighter and colors were very vibrant. Most of the short clips and pics that have been revealed have me deeply concerned that they may have reverted back to a darker overall appearance. I realize there is little to base this concern on at the moment but it does make me fear this is the way it will look,

Am I missing something? Apart from the desk and coach sat there at the computer, the schedule across the top, I don't see much else?
