Choice to start CFM at offseason
 

NBA 2K does this and it’s so much fun. It adds an entirely fresh angle to the mode and lets you be in charge of an entirely new league. It’s so great to go through the offseason to start your league in 2k and see how everything changes based on what you do.

Even something like this could add so much to Madden. Will it ever be an option? Probably not.

It's another one of those features that Head Coach had and it for whatever reason never made its way to madden.

I want this soooooo bad. Instead Madden is looking for the opposite...skipping preseason and starting regular sesason.

I would love this myself....even if it just started at the draft phase....that would add a lot of character to a new franchise. There would be some logistical issues with respect to what player ratings are visible and so on...but I think that'd be a minor hurdle.


(I'm 99% sure NBA Live 18 had this feature too.....just sayin') :)

It has been a weird trend for Madden over the past few years where they keep on offering features to allow us to do less in the game. I get that it's probably designed for a more casual audience but it really does nothing for the hardcore fans that buy every year
