M19 OVR increase/decrease for all players

This took a while to put together. I have the OVR increase/decrease for all players here in searchable format. EA does not have this on their website for some reason so I did it myself.

Biggest Increase: TJ Green, Colts, SS: He is at 78 OVR after an 11 OVR ratings increase!

Biggest Decrease: Austin Johnson, Buccaneers, FB: He went down 9 OVR. Currently at 59 OVR.

Did Mathieu have that good of a season last year to warrant that increase? I don't remember hearing a lot about him but didn't watch Cardinals games

Not certain but that may be a result of changing position , is listed as SS on Texans and was a FS I believe on the cards , and differing formulae
