    A reasonable explanation

I've been a loyal Playstation owner my entire adult life, personally believing it was the supreme console. I recently purchased an Xbox for the backwards compatibility. I decided to purchase UFC 3 for it. After playing it, I was blown away. The game on Xbox is almost like a new game. Everything is so responsive. The clitch, for what its worth, feels amazingly reaponsive. On Playstation, there seems to be a delay. Imputs are not always recognized. Strikes don't seem to always land. On Xbox, stand up seems to be so fluid.

It made me think. Why is this. I remember Xbox owners complaining the game was slower in UFC 2 for them, so what has changed? Why is the game light years better on Xbox?

P.s. Fight Night, fight night, fight night...

Its really annoying that many of the things people are saying about the difference are the things we have been complaining about that we were told basically didn't exist, like the input delay and the unrecognized inputs. I'm not surprised they pretended the problem doesn't exist but at this point its been echoed by probably the best player in the game and i'm going to take his word for it quite frankly.

I agree, this topic has not been addressed and seems to have been intentionally ignored. Maybe they don't have an answer or there's no chance to fix it so there's no point in addressing in from a business standpoint, not sure really.

Its baffling. Was UFC 3 created using Microsoft platform? Maybe thats why

Agreed. Although, we'll probably never get a straight answer.

Straight answer is, aside from the problem with fakes, nothing concrete has been confirmed.

I've played a lot of games on PS4 at work and haven't experienced anything personally.

I've asked our testers to take another look and pointed them to this thread as a description of the problem.

Edit: I've played a lot of PS4 Pro. Haven't played a lot of regular PS4 myself. But our testers are testing all platforms and I have to take their word on whether there are confirmed issues or not. We'll see what they come up with.

That's excellent news, thanks GPD. For me personally, owing both systems, its not that big a deal. I know some people only have it on ps4 and its a problem for them.

Kenetic Detailed a few things but he seemed to have a lot more to say about it than he posted in the other thread. Maybe he can give you more insight into his experience. If you play it a lot on ps4 pro, maybe it would be worth tracking down an X and trying it to see if you feel any noticeable difference, particularly online.

I still have a higher than average failure rate on uppers online. I was playing offline doing the play bonus for the last event, and I was trying to throw uppers sloppily just to see how far off I had to hit the buttons to end up with a leg kick, it was actually difficult to make the game screw up and throw a leg kick, had to be way off. Compare that with online where some matches I get about 10% failure on uppers, I just don't have any friends with an Xbox to even try it myself to compare.

Fair play thanks for the response i would suggest they compare the input delay between all 3 consoles i have a regular ps4 myself and there is 100 percent a delay when throwing strike or when trying to block transitions.I ever experienced this delay on the first game but did on ufc 2 and 3 for some reason hopefully you can figure it out fingers crossed.

its very noticeable on the regular ps4 even with game mode on.I have only experience this in ufc 2 and 3 the first game was fine.

Yeah that's me for sure. I've adjusted my output as best I can to mitigate it but I still have random strangeness nearly every fight.

I play on both XB1X and PS4Pro and for me the grappling seems much more fluid on xbox. I honestly can't tell you why, but I grapple so much better on xbox, I deny transitions much more often on xbox, striking feels a little sharper, but more or less the same on both consoles. On PS4 I can literally predict which direction someone is going to transition, i'll deny and it doesn't work. I never had this problem with EA UFC 2, so maybe it's me or maybe it's not?
