Have always played College Hoops 2K8. Am wanting to purchase an NBA version.

Nba 2k12 for me, but 11 was the pinnacle when Jordan and his bulls were released that year. Blew me away. Next gen I would go with 16

College Hoops was fire. Loved that game. Best basketball game for me was easily 2K11 though.

2K12 was the worst one I’ve ever played. Most people I know just stayed on 2K11 and I believe that’s the reason 2K shut the servers down lol. People loved 2K11 so much, people begged for the servers to stay on and 2K extended the time. Maybe I didn’t give 2K12 all that much time. But it was terrible to me.

NBA 2K11 is probably the best, but something about NBA 2K8 really gets me. Like i have a strong desire to go back and play that particular title.

2k10 and 11 cause of crew... if i had to pick one without crew, 2k7 or 2k8

2k9 and 13 were the worst of the 360 ps3 generation

i didnt like 2k9 cause they took out 2k cam from online and forced us to play broadcast till they patched 2k cam back in game... and 2k13 i just didnt like 3v3 blacktop, i would say i hate 2k12 but that would be outta spite for no crew after it being in 2k10-11, but 12 had solid play now online game play but 13, i just remember offense was way OP and ya couldn't block any shots in the game

Gotta go NBA 2K11. I never played the online portion of the game and still loved it. 2K13 would be my second choice from that gen though

I tell you what, you can pick up 2k18 for 9.99 on 360 now, you'd be surprised how good the gameplay is, 17 was awesome too. Yeah, not as pretty, but the gameplay is as good as it's ever been. The only thing lacking is the awesome presentation they had on the old 2k games from 2k11-14.
