Does anyone know if the the new MLS teams (Cincinnati, Nashville, and Miami) are included?

Almost a guaranteed "no". They may eventually get FUT items if they're debuting in 2019, but that's about it.

Considering none of them exist yet, I would say no lol. Nashville and Cincy don’t even have a name, crest, kit, or anything yet.

I just hope they have the correct playoff format for MLS (6 teams per conference)

They’re leaving Zenit out, this year. 🤬
