1. This guy irl is and in game is a ****ing beast
2. In-game difference. I did not see him use rubberguard irl
3. I think he should have a standing guillitoine in game.
4. In terms of stats I noticed he does not have alot of power. Given the quality of opponent and the nature of some of his shots he should be a bit lower
Irl-
This guy has potential to be one of the greats.
Some real life weakness I noticed -
1. gas tank and energy conservation He needs to hold the big moves back it will kill him in later rounds of a 5 rd fight. I find this true in game too. However, he works his opponent over so much it doesnt matter.
2. transitions - He is a freak in that he looks like an accomplished karate fighter, boxer, Thai, freestyle wrester, greco and BJJ. Probably more than any fighter I have ever seen save maybe Jones, DJ and GSP. However, one thing he doesnt do is seamlessly mix those things together. At any given point in his fights he is fighting as one thing and does not mix them together. When he is boxing you wont see those kicks. When you see clinch he wont box.
3. He does leave small openings after big shots...maybe, sometimes it looks like he is baiting his opponent to try to capitalize on opening and he is ready to counter. I havenet seen him fight a quality enough opponent to take advantage of this
4. I would love to see him against a power puncher like Stephens or Mendes who will be there to give a big finishing blow if he leaves himself open. I would also like to see him against a pressure wrestler who could nullify the kicks like Mendes or Edgar.
I actually think he would be better at LW. If this guys gas tank were bigger and he were less diminished from a weight cut that is just a scary guy. Seeing him vs Pettis, Ferguson, Connor, Barboza or Lee would be absolutely some of the most amazing MMA that would possibly change the way people fight see how those styles class.
Anyway...in game - if you pace him correctly is a damn monster. He merks Connor, Edgar and Holloway no problem. I havent played him or faced him with Aldo.
