Preload on xbox one?
 

They said if you ordered the digital copy of the 20th anniversary edition you could preload the game today.


I just got home from work but I don't know how to get the preload started. I'm on xbox one X. I pre-ordered via Microsoft store on my Xbox.

The pre-loading process is automatic. You won't have to do anything other than turn on your console on 9/7 and play.

Nothing is preloaded though. I just have a 100mb 2k19 reserve space file. Isn't it supposed to have the entire game downloaded now

yeah im in the same boat im seeing alot of people say they are preloading but i cant do anything suppose to be 31GB

Yea I agree. How do I make sure it’s pre loaded so come Thursday night I’m ready to go

Microsoft has been having problems today in the south central US region so it could be that. I can't even start a prelude with a new alt account because of it.

make sure u have ur xbox one on Instant-on and as soon as the game is made available it will automatically start to download...thats all you can do for now, but with the xbox tract record of predownloaded preordered games, am confident u will start to download no later than the 5th sept
