Nice.. One question. You must qualify to participate in a Weekend Qualifier GameDay. So how do we qualify to participate in the weekend qualifier Game Days?
For example we all know the Qualifier games are each weekend starting Oct 13. But do we have to do something before Oct 13 to play each weekend? |

Nice. I wish they had a tournament for regular NBA teams, but everyone would probably just use the Warriors.

Anyway I’m definitely going to try to check this out. MyTeam was gonna be my main mode this year anyway and 250K could really change my life. |

Yea but there are ways to stop this. I used to be in the semi finals etc of all the old NBA 2K Allstar Tournaments. They had a system like this where you qualify playing rank games for like 2 months. The top 16 or 32 from each system on the NBA 2K Website Elo Leaderboard system would be all in the tournament. From that point on depending on your seeding in the leaderboard you get to choose what team you get. Before I was ranked number 16, because of that i knew I could not pick a top rated team (I never do) so i picked the Grizzlies one year because i liked their style. So there are ways to not have everyone pick the big teams. But like i said MYTeam has an agenda with hmm Cards aka Money but I appreciate the competition regardless |

My advice to any new MyTeam players who want to get into this year's tournament would be to grind the offline modes for the first month to build up your bank of MT points and unlock as many free reward players as you can before qualifying starts.
Use all of those offline matches as a way to discover your favorite plays/freelances/series to run, and as a way to see which NBA players have your favorite animations/shooting forms. Then about a week before the qualifying rounds start, I would go ahead and cash in all of your MT for the best available players on the auction house, stop playing offline, and start playing the online unlimited mode as much as you can leading up to the first qualifier event to see what the meta is like at that point in time, because in MyTeam, the meta tends to change on a weekly basis as new cards are released or become unlockable. |

Did I get it right? Anyone can participate with their best 13 players?
Now thats a nice way to boost sales rofl...Top players will all have the same team. Why not a regular 5vs5 where everyone can select from a fixed pool of players? |
