Ok I've been a loyal Nba2k supporter since 2k11 I'm sure other can agree that 2k needs to update players faces, haircuts, etc... Yes the patches are good when needed but this is pitiful when NBA live does player updates regularly. Stop being money hungry focusing on vc and do the one thing many of us ask of you!!!

Trust me, I understand. I’m huge on accurate player likeness. It’s so annoying seeing players like Robert Covington, Michael Beasley, Lance Stephenson, Trey Burke, Zach LaVine and others not be updated after 4-5 years now.Comment

They didn't update player likeness in 2K18 until about a month into the regular season if I remember correctly. I'm assuming they don't want to update a guy and then he changes his look up right after they do it.
Wait until December, and then start to complain. EA doing regular updates looks cool until you start playing the game and it feels like a PS3 game so be glad we aren't getting that from 2K lolComment

With the CAP feature combined with the Player DNA feature you can always take player likenesses into your own hands... Plenty of guys in the community has come up with some great CAP creations you can use... 2k has to pay to rescan players and they have a specific budget (along with scheduling issues getting guys in for scans)... They gave us the tools this year... So take advantage of itComment

Maybe if we made a list of players that hasn't been updated in years to help 2K.
I think it's ridiculous as well that there are a lot of out dated players.

I’ve noticed when u import a player DNA (just face) u lose body details such as tattoos and what not...... any advice in the most realistic to import new players with out losing other details

Yeah I wonder whats holding them back. Even if they're not able to rescan players, it would be nice to see them at least put effort in correcting body types and hairstyles.

Yes but it’s only because they have so many players that aren’t even close when the game releases, too bad their gameplay is subpar because they definitely deliver more effort on that type of stuff

Legends historically have been neglected the most since the jump to next gen with a few exceptions. It took them nearly 5 years to make Jordan look halfway decent since the jump. It’s just unacceptable for this gen that they can’t get the faces right and updatedComment
