I had my own way of trying to tweak rosters and utilize in-house game play conditions in an attempt to make it a fair vs. CPU sim experience. Use and take what you want to from here. I'm not saying everyone would agree with what I did, but judge for yourself. Just wanted to re-contribute in a small way here. I included what may have been my last roster in 2007 as a sample of how I did rosters.
