Siakam 58 speed with ball lol. Guess watching him push the ball off of def rebounds were hallucinations. Not to mention the other 29 teams. I don’t get how community members always end up with more accurate ratings than 2k every year.

If you think that's funny, you should check his tendencies. His spin layup tendency is 0.

2K roster updates are seriously lacking and missing critical information.

Their minutes and rotations aren't accurate.

        Please just hire Rashidi!
        True bout my business, Mane!

Just the (usual) poor update from 2K.
2K, have you ever had a look to the best roster from the community?
It’s never too late to try to hire new guys for this job.

After the first update when Embiid didn’t move I decided to be patient. Then he got +1....now nothing? 🤨 #cmonman

Wish they did a more in-depth analysis of roster updates. Just seeing overall adjustments, isn't enough to gauge how much better or worse a player has gotten. I rather plus 4 Mid Range or minus 5 3pt. It seems at time where they upgrading intangible ratings just to boost the OvR un updates

An elementary student can do better than these guys. Another absolutely pathetic 'roster update' by 2k. Smh

But then they would have to admit that they dont Change anything besides open 3 and intangibles ratings.

                        THIS

updates are for show. They don't dig deep, they just do quickie edits to bump the overall up so they can say, "see, We recognize Ayton is playing well."

Overall is the bane of the NBA2k experience. Because contracts, free agency, rotations, trades, etc. are all based off OVR, they artificially inflate it for a variety of players that are otherwise limited in many categories but excel in a few (Kyle Korver being my go to example). Meanwhile they fail to tinker with obvious tendency and attribute issues (Siakam) because their OVR "appears" fine.

And no I don't have a solution. Yes they should be diving deeper on roster updates (and changes from season to season) but the artificial inflation of the OVR is here to stay. It would take a massive overhaul and probably years of tweaking to figure out how to better account for different skill sets properly so that rotations, contracts, free agency, and trades would be remotely accurate.

This may have been done in the previous update and I'm just now noticing, but there have been a few position changes and changes to secondary position

                          A few I noticed,

Ben Simmons is finally a PG/PF
Donovan Mitchell SG/PG instead of just a SG
Lillard now a PG/SG instead of just a PG
                          Anthony Davis now a C/PF instead of a PF/C
Westbrook a PG/SG previously just PG
