Has anyone's players stopped progressing!?

It's set for weekly but I played 4 preseason and simmed opener with TDoggs XP sliders and prior to a delete and reinstall I had no issues... now its jacked

Also my confidence is not adding in, entire roster at 50 after 2 games but on players weekly it shows they gained it...
