So I have a dilemma

Im a 360 guy who bought 2k14 and they put 2k13 in the box. I can take it back and get 14 but people are saying how good 13 is.

How was 2k14 on last gen? Is it a roster update?

I like it. It's not a big difference from 13, but they added some nice gameplay improvements. But I'd say the difference is not monumental.
