OBG's NHL 19 St. Louis Blues

Writers Note: I will be simming the 2018-2019 season after editing the Blues rosters. Obviously updating players ratings, obviously players like Jordan Binnington need massive adjustments.

I will begin this dynasty by simming the 2018-2019 campaign and start with a season wrap up and playoff preview--where I will play all games.

I will be keeping the roster in perfect tact but will take all liberties once the off-season begins.

I haven't yet determined how many games I will play during the next season. We'll see. Maybe just a few, maybe all...maybe none.

Each played game will be provided with a game recap video highlight reel.

    Enjoy!!

2018-2019 St. Louis Blues Regular Season Report

    Team Summary

Record: 45-25-11, 101 pts, 3rd in Central Division

The St. Louis Blues were led by the play of Jordan Binnington who, in relief of Jake Allen after a brutal start, posted a 40-20-9 record with a 2.26 GAA and .924 SV%.

Jake Allen saw limited action after getting off to a rough start and winding up playing in just 15 games, posting a 6-6-2 record with a paltry 3.34 GAA and an equally dismal .882 SV%

The offense was led by Vladimir Tarasenko's 42 goals and 41 assists for 83 points--all career highs.

    Other notable performances were held by Ryan O'Reilly (16G-53A, 69PTS), Brayden Schenn (17G-45A-62PTS), Jaden Schwartz (21G 33A 54PTS), David Perron (22G 31A 53PTS), and Alexander Steen (22G 29A 51PTS)

After a rough start under Mike Yeo, the Blues hired Craig Berube to take over the helm and the Blues never looked back, soaring from nearly last in the division to a tie for the 2nd best record in the Western Conference.

The Blues will match up against the Winnipeg Jets in the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

The Jets finished ahead of the Blues, despite having the same amount of points and more regulation losses than the Blues, going 49-28-5.

NHL REPORT COMING SOON...THEN THE PLAYOFFS BEGIN. FULL HIGHLIGHTS FOR EVERY GAME!!!
