you are right with the voting and arcade game.
But....
who is voting for that? a 10 year old child, without any basketball knowledge?!
There is already an arcade mode in the game...cages!!! I think thats enough

I'm pretty sure the people that voted for a tad bit of Arcade didn't mean getting pushed all over the place with no repercussions. The AND-1 style dribbling and Posterizers is what I personally thought 2k meant by 'Arcade' in which they kinda incorporated into Park this year. The whole idea of pushing in pick up basketball was terrible and whoever thought of it should not be allowed to provide any type of ideas for 2k20 lol.

The fact that you can push someone but can't reach in without it being a foul is the dumbest thing ever.

Do COD players vote on bullet speed and damage?
The reason the games fluctuate is because they overcompensate for the park community voting on things like this on twitter.

If Y'all went to school to make Video Games and Y'all are the ones making a basketball game, then use your knowledge of basketball to make it play realistic and balanced. Gameplay has this much problems because they take suggestions from people who shouldn't be making them.

They wanted an Arcade Mode so now they added Shoving and NBA Jam boosts

Exactly which is why I said in the Wishlist thread MyPlayers should not be allowed in MY Park/ JRC only should be in MY Career.

Having all these different build sets is just too much for them to balance obviously. Just have 2 or 3 pre-defined build at each positions that we have to choose from like every other PVP competitive game.

Would be so much easier to control the meta, and adjust nerfs/buffs if needed

The fact that 6 months after release and these illegal pushing animations are still not removed from the game just shows how screwed up 2ks priorities are. These pushing animations should've been one of the very first things patched and removed from the game.

It has completely ruined park and made it toxic. People can't even defend properly because people are shoving defenders all over the court. It's really a sad state of affairs this year. The defense and shot contests were already nerfed quite a bit this year to begin with and then the gameplay devs had the bright idea to add this on top of it smh.

They weren't in the game last year. This is a new function of the screen button. Why was it implemented at all? Why weren't we told about it?

Also, wasn't there a patch put out they included this as a "fix" already?

Beluba says they need "Patch Approval" which takes time on March 6th. Does it really take this long? When people were in the cages doing the badge glitch there was a hot fix for it the same day. If pushing was something that effected 2k's pockets I think this would've been fixed a long time ago. Unfortunately it's still here and being abused more and more each day.

Horrible Amateur 1's are out there pushing so that should tell you something lol. It doesn't happen every single game but you do see it more often than not. There's no foul call at all now so people can get away with it without turning the ball over.

Yep. I'm pretty sure there's been at least 1 or 2.

Also, it's March. and it still takes forever to get into a friend's neighborhood sometimes. "Did you get in?" "Nah gotta try again" "F it, we'll just join you" surely I can't be the only one with this problem lol

I honestly think they're lying and don't know how to fix it at this point. Still tho, whose idea was it to add a PUSHING animation to the game? That's not part of basketball at all.
